Last week I've watched Shrek 3 with its catchy title Shrek final chapter. OMG OMG that means there's no more Shrek after this? Ok must watch must watch. It's about Shrek who is boring with his marriage life & wants to back to his old time where he is an ogre whom being feared by all men. Then he realized his life is perfect and happy until its gone taken by the wicked Rumpelstiltskin. But of course as a hero, Shrek manage to get back his family and his life and voila..another happy ending.. =)
As usual, Shrek's story never make me disappointed. means Without cute hero, I still can enjoy the story ya! Love all the characters, love the storyline and most of all in Shrek we can watch all fairy tale characters live together happily! We can see Snow White, Rapunzel, Sleeping Beauty having tea together in Shrek 3 if im not mistaken. Interesting rite?
With this age which not so young now, why ar I still love fairy tales? Is that normal? I started to love fairy tales when my mom bought collection of books with the title 'Bedtime Stories'. In those books gathered all fairy tales like Cinderella, Snow White, The Little Mermaid and many more. Since that I'm not just read, but I watched, I also collect stickers of fairy tales characters. I just crazy about them!
I guess all kids love fairy tales.. okay not kids only, including me. Why? Because of one thing..the happy ending. Happy ending is important okay.. At India, if a movie ends with sad or tragic ending, they will burn the cinema..! But in fact of life, our life, our goal..is it all end with happy ending..? Tell me if you do. I want to know what you eat..haha
As time goes by, I know whatever happen in fairy tales never be the same as in real life. Bye2 naive girl, lets face the cruel world. But I still still still love fairy tale..! This is list of my favourite story with a little change suits for my age now =p :
1. RED RIDING HOOD
Naive girl version : Little Red Riding-Hood goes off with food to see her grandmother. A wolf in the forest tricks her into taking a longer path while the wolf goes to the house first, swallows the grandmother, and pretends to be her when Red arrives. He swallows Red also, but then Red and Grandmother are rescued by hunters and wood-choppers who slice open the wolf's belly to let them out. The wolf is forgiven.

2. GOLDILOCKS & THE THREE BEARS
Naive girl version : It is about a little girl who wanders into the household of a family of bears while they are out for a walk. She eats their porridge, tests out their chairs and falls asleep in the little bears bed before they return home. When they discover her in their home, they wake her up and must decide whether or not to kill her or let her go.
NOW : Goldilocks wanders into the household of a family of bears while they are out for a walk. She eats their porridge, tests out their chairs and falls asleep in the little bears bed before they return home. When they discover her in their home, they wake her up. Then they treat Goldilocks nicely until Goldilocks don't feel to come back to her own home. After three days, the 3 bears curious the with the taste of Goldilocks so they eat her. Then they said; "Wow!The taste of human are far better than our porridge! Nyum nyum!"
3. HANSEL & GRETEL
Naive girl version : It started when their Step mom told their Father who is a woodcutter, to bring the two kids at the forest and just leave them there. They are so poor that they cannot afford to feed them anymore. In the forest, the two found a house made of candies and chocolates. Because they were both hungry, they went inside to eat, not knowing that the woman who lives there was a witch who eats little children. The witch put Hansel in a cage and let Gretel do the house choirs. She also told Gretel to never forget to feed her Brother. But when Gretel Found out that if her Brother becomes fat, the witch will cook and eat him. She told Hansel about this and they came up with a plan. When the time came that Hansel will be cooked, Gretel told the witch that there’s something wrong with the oven. So the witch went inside the oven to take a look, Gretel took the opportunity and shoved her more inside and closed the oven. She freed Hansel and they ran away from the witches’ house. They found their father.Father realized that he can’t live without his two kids, so the three went home and lived peacefully with each other.
NOW : After Hansel & Gretel survived from the witch, they return to their home. But their father chase them away. He said they are just a burden and he want to start new life just with their new stepmother. Open your eyes guys.. they are countless abandoned children now because of their irresponsible parents!
4. THE THREE LITTLE PIGS
Naive girl version : The story follows three pigs sent out into the world by their mother. Each of them builds a house to protect them from the hardships of the world, but along comes a big bad wolf. One by one, the wolf blows each house down until he comes to the last pig's house, which was built on a strong foundation of brick. The wolf is unable to even scuff the brick house and attempts to sneak in through the chimney. The pigs are ready for his entrance, placing a pot of boiling water in the fireplace. When the wolf leaps into the chimney, he lands in the pot and the pigs make a stew out of him.
NOW : What i always see now is people always use pigs in political issue..!
MORAL OF THE ENTRY : Never stop imagine happy ending & strive for it! You can rule your life! And don't forget to pray because decision is depends on HIM. Pray for happy ending as fairy tale.. =)
